You could say that Baton Rouge NBA artist YoungBoy is one of the voices of a generation of hip-hop fans. He has managed to become one of the top performing players in the industry on YouTube without a ton of radio or streaming.

The weight of his YouTube production has certainly given him good streaming numbers, but things could now get volatile, as the artist’s music videos have all been removed from his chain.

When you check out his channel, there are none of the video clips posted when they fell. Only playlists are left with audio outputs with pictures and album art for those songs. The YouTube search shows some recently released music videos.

So far, nothing has been said about removing clips. YoungBoy’s channel has over 10 million subscribers with over 1.2 billion views. This sequel has led him to become the platform’s top artist three years in a row.

Its momentum on the platform started in 2018 and has only continued, but now the unexplained deletion of a list of videos – many of which were genuine hits – could be a hindrance in the way of that momentum. .

It also leaves open what NBA YoungBoy and his team will do for future clips. Of course, that doesn’t mean it won’t at least download those clips again, but it’s definitely a headache.

Something that could contribute to the removal of his videos is his image and legal issues and the 22-year-old Sincerely, Kentrell artist manager Alex Junni said:

“YouTube told us they couldn’t promote YB because of its image. Weak ass platform. Your # 1 artist 3 years in a row.

YoungBoy Never Broke Again’s body of work includes “Drawing Symbols”, “Kacey Talk”, “Through the Storm”, “No Smoke” and “Bandit”. YoungBoy was arrested in late September 2020 on charges of manufacturing drugs and possessing stolen firearms.

When a warrant was served for the charges in March of this year, he attempted to flee. He was released at the end of October after paying around $ 1.5 million and is currently under house arrest.
